Subscription billing
Dadalio plans are billed according to the selected cycle and applicable taxes.
Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in contract terms.
Trial and cancellation
Trial eligibility and duration are defined at signup. Converting to paid service authorizes ongoing billing under the selected plan.
You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date through account settings or support.
Disputes and credits
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing@Dadalioapp.com with supporting details within a reasonable period.
Approved billing corrections may be processed as partial refunds or account credits.
